INTEGRAL SWOT-AHP-TOWS MODEL FOR STRATEGIC AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF DROUGHT: A CASE STUDY IN NINH THUAN, VIETNAM

چکیده
The study combined a qualitative analysis model and quantitative to rank strategies in agricultural production Ninh Thuan province, Vietnam. A strength, weakness, opportunity, threat (SWOT) is used evaluate the characteristics of internal external factors through TOWS matrix. research Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) compare influence criteria on production. AHP method quantified weights matrix based pairwise comparison elements. results show that technique can help make decisions policymakers easier rather than making uncertainty. SWOT-AHP-TOWS provides new approach drought Vietnam using tool multi-criteria analysis.
